2. Printing accuracy: It is determined according to the assembly density of the printed circuit board and the device with the smallest pin spacing or ball spacing, generally requiring ±0.025mm.

3. Repeatability: Generally, it is required to reach ±0.01mm.

4. Printing speed: determined according to output requirements.

The working principle of the printing machine:

Solder paste and patch glue are both thixotropic and viscous. When the squeegee moves forward at a certain speed and angle, a certain pressure is generated on the solder paste, pushing the solder paste to roll in front of the squeegee, generating the pressure required to inject the solder paste into the laser stencil mesh or leak;

The viscous friction of the solder paste causes the solder paste to shear at the junction of the scraper and the SMT stencil. The shear force reduces the viscosity of the solder paste, which is conducive to the smooth injection of the solder paste into the opening or leakage of the SMT stencil. . There are certain constraints among squeegee speed, squeegee pressure, angle between squeegee and laser stencil, and viscosity of solder paste. Therefore, only by correctly controlling these parameters can the printing quality of solder paste be guaranteed.
