Introduction to plug-in machine

The plug-in machine is a mechanical device that automatically (that is, “automatic plug-in machine”) standardly inserts some regular electronic components into the conductive through holes of the printed circuit board.

Requirements for working PCB board:

1. Size: 100×80mm-480×400mm thickness=0.8-2.36mm.

2. There are positioning holes parallel to the horizontal axis of the machine table.

3. The silk screen printing is clear and the holes are in good alignment.

operation method

1. The cuffs of the tooling are required to be tied, the work shoes must be non-slip, and high heels are not allowed.

2. When working next to the rear material stack of the machine, you must press the STOP button to make it bright.

3. Female workers are required to wear headscarves, and long hair must be tied up. Male workers are not allowed to wear ties. They are prevented from entering the machine during work.

4. The machine is operated by a single person, and it is strictly forbidden for multiple people to operate at the same time.

5. During work, use both hands to lift and lower the board. Use pliers or tweezers (axial components) to repair components inside the machine. Keep both hands coordinated and leave the plug-in area before operating the control panel.

6. Be sure to remove all tools and sundries on the machine table before starting the machine.

7. It is forbidden to put any items on the workbench during work, so as not to damage the machine.

8. If the machine suddenly stops for unknown reasons during work, do not put your hands under the plug-in head.

9. When a plug-in error occurs during normal production, do not put your hand under the plug-in head.

10. For the automatic loading and unloading machine, during the normal production of the machine, it is forbidden to put your hands under the feeding bridge.

11. Understand the table movement area of the machine and avoid collisions.

Maintain the working stability and precision of the equipment, prolong the life of the equipment, and maintain high efficiency and high-quality output of the equipment.

1. Daily maintenance

Check the machine for loose, damaged or missing parts.

Check whether the indicator lights and buttons of the machine are normal.

Check the filter condition of the air filter cup, remove water or sundries.

Check whether the air pressure is 60-90PSI.

Clean and lubricate the X and Y guide rods (10# oil).

Check the fastening of the rotating table guide wheels.

Check the rectangular condition of the rotating table.

Clean and lubricate the plug-in head cutter and cylinder rod (use 5# oil).

Clean, check, and lubricate the moving point of the foot clipper (with 5# oil).

Clean the BEC lens with a clean soft cloth.

2. Weekly maintenance

Check and clean the filter in the I/O box.

Check the oil level of the compressed air filter and the lubricator, and check the oil drop rate of the lubricator (1 drop/3 minutes).

Clean and lubricate the X and Y guide rods of the positioning system, and lubricate and clean the guide rod bushings (with 10# oil).

Clean and lubricate the X and Y screw rods (use blue oil).

Clean, inspect, and lubricate the movable parts such as the plug-in cutter, the connection point of the drive rod, and the shaft (with 5# oil).

Check the wear condition of the cutting scissors, clean and lubricate the mechanism of the scissors.

Check the correction capability of the BEC.

3. Monthly maintenance

Clean and lubricate the latch mechanism of the rotary table (use 5# oil).

Clean and lubricate the upper and lower drive shafts of the plug (white oil).

Lubricate the screw rod of the plug-in head (321 oil).

Lubricate the screw rod of the foot cutter (321 oil).

4. Annual maintenance

Clean, check and lubricate the entire plug-in head.

Clean, check and lubricate the entire clipper. Replace all O-rings every six months.
