Integrated machine working principle:
1.Machine function:
Correct PCB angle from the reflow mesh + lifting&Down function+Second rail shuttle function+Storage 15PCS PCB function + support pass PCB from oven rail .
(Mesh and rail usage is separately)
2.Working principle
At the very beginning position ,the roller is inside the integrated machine and up of the first rail .
*When use the reflow mesh transfer PCB on production line :
Meet Oven Mesh Mode ’s movement :
The front rail of integrated machine opens in a very large width ,meanwhile ,the second rail down also .Let the roller lower to the height of the oven mesh, and extend 110mm .After roller extending ,the second rail will lift into same height with next conveyor .This moment ,the integrated machine is stand by .
Working :
When the PCB come out from oven mesh , transported to the roller, roller’s first sensor sensing the PCB and start to rolling to transfer the PCB, when roller’s second sensor sensing PCB ,then stop rolling , and then the PCB is clamped to the fixed edge and align the PCB angle ,next , the elevator rises to the same height of conveyor , then transport PCB to second rail of integrated machine , second rail shuttle to left fixed side and let PCB transport to storage part .When storage part not get signal from next machine ,the PCB would be storaged .When storage part get signal from next machine ,then transfer 1PCS PCB to next machine .(The storage part transfer is according to first PCB in ,last out .The first PCB would be transfered finally .)
*When use the reflow chain transfer PCB on production line :
Meet Oven chain Mode ’s movement :
*When change mode to connect oven chain, the second rail will move down, the roller’s extending part(110mm) will pull back and up, second rail lift and move to left side and adjusted width ,first rail width auto adjusted same as oven chain .Integrated machine stand by .
Working :
When PCB come out from oven chain ,transfer PCB to the integrated machine first rail ,directly transfer to second rail and transfer to storage part ,when next machine not need PCB ,PCB storaged .When need PCB ,then the lastest PCB will be sent .
